At KAPSULE, we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and accessories

  • Free from signs of wear or water use

For safety and hygiene reasons, used swim buoys cannot be returned.

To request a return, please contact us at info@kapsuleswim.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for the purchase

  • A brief description of the issue or reason for return

Please note that all returns must be approved before being sent back.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your item appears defective
